Shipping & Delivery 📦
We want your items to arrive safely! Here is what happens once your package leaves our hands:
Tracking says "Delivered"? If the carrier marks your package as delivered, our job is complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after that point.
Missing Package? If the tracking says it's there but you don't see it, we recommend:
Checking with your neighbors (sometimes they're just being helpful!).
Checking with your local post office—they can often see exactly where it was dropped off.
Lost in Transit?
If your package seems truly lost (it hasn't moved or arrived within the estimated time), please email us! We’ll be happy to help you talk to the carrier to see what’s going on.
